If you've ever had the pleasure of visiting the Poor Knights islands, you'll know just how spectacular they are. Situated 22km offshore, north-east from Tutukaka, the Poor Knights are undoubtedly New Zealand's best dive spot. A marine reserve since 1981, the Poor Knights is home to an incredible array of aquatic life. Due to the southerly currents, the islands receive some tropical visitors such as the Manta rays, Humpback whales and turtles.

We design and build all our maps right here in New Zealand. To make geography accurate, each layer is laser cut. We then paint and assemble them by hand. Find out more about our maps, bespoke additions, and how they're made.
