A separate levelling fixture lets you get the whole piece level and centred before anything is fixed in place. The map then mounts onto the skeleton with wooden dowels, so you can lift it off the wall and put it back whenever you like. If you ever move or redecorate, the skeleton comes away cleanly without damaging the wall.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003chr\u003e\n\u003ch2\u003eHow they're made\u003c\/h2\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eEach map starts by sourcing the appropriate topographic data source. We spend hours in design making sure the contours appear smooth yet accurate, and the whole map feels balanced. From there, we laser-cut sheets of wood to bring the landscape to life.
